REGISTRATION PAPERWORK

Registration- Wednesday August 9th- 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. in the Fairfax SCHOOL LIBRARY!!

Paperwork Packets are linked below. Feel Free to print out the appropriate paperwork and fill out ahead of time to bring into registration! IF you cannot print the paperwork out at home- hard copies can be picked up ahead of time in the North Entrance by the Superintendent's office during normal school hours- 8:00-3:00 most Mondays through Fridays during the summer

FAMILY PACK- EVERYONE will need to fill out this paperwork- JUST 1 Packet will need to be filled out regardless of how many students you have.
